I had Taylor come and look at an attic in. home I was selling because I was told there was fungal growth in the attic, Taylor was so conscientious and respectful, did an evaluation of the site, and made a recommendation that was great advice that helped me complete the sale of the home. Taylor and Carter with Xtreme Restoration are so good at what they do! We had a drain back up in the basement, and Xtreme Restoration had it dry and cleaned up in no time! Extreme Restoration did such an incredible job on my home. My carpets honestly look brand new, and it completely changed how our whole house feels. I left the sink on and flooded my laundry room. Xtreme Restoration came out right away and had all the equipment on hand. Scanners and dehydration equipment ready to go! This company has quality equipment and is very experienced when it comes to floods. They are straight forward and reasonable and explain everything. They took all the stress away right away! We had some water damage due to a broken water line one night.  We live an hour from Rapid City and they came out right away when 3 other companies wouldn’t even return my phone call.  They did a fantastic job getting us back to normal very quickly.  We have also had them clean our carpets twice.  They do an outstanding job.    They have the extra tools needed to get the pet hair out of our carpet.  I feel that is what puts their quality above the rest.  I would highly recommend them for water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.  Very satisfied with these services they have provided for us.  Give them a call. Taylor and crew show up quickly, assess the situation, inform you of the courses of action and get to work!  I have a client in an old house, a leak from the shower drain presented and Taylor was there the same day she called.   We are still working through this , more to follow. Xtreme Restoration has been nothing but fantastic everytime I’ve used them! I have been using them for carpet cleaning for years, and Taylor and his crew went above and beyond on my last call to them! I had water in my basement, and within a few hours Taylor was there to figure out the fix! They instantly got the carpet pulled back, foam padding ripped up, humidifier going and Sheetrock removed to find the leak! They communicated very well and were always on time over the next few days as stuff dried up and the leak was repaired! Xtreme Restoration provided exceptional, prompt service.  Starting at 11pm on night of leak and then for the next 5 days. Taylor and his team provided guidance throughout entire process. Xtreme restoration arrived before the plumber and started to immediately clean up.  They removed damaged sheetrock and mopped up standing water. Once plumber repaired leak, Xtreme provided dehumidifiers and fans to dry up the  area. Xtreme helped find drywall repair experts, painters and trim experts to get our home back to the way it looked before.
